Préposé(e), Services à la Clientèle – JLL

Ce que ce poste implique :

En tant que Préposé(e) aux Services à la Clientèle chez JLL, vous serez le visage de notre centre commercial, créant des expériences mémorables pour chaque visiteur. Ce rôle est essentiel pour offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel tout en soutenant les opérations du centre, les partenaires détaillants et les activités promotionnelles. Vous combinerez votre passion pour aider les gens avec de solides compétences en vente et en communication pour améliorer l'expérience globale d'achat et contribuer à l'engagement de JLL envers l'excellence en gestion immobilière.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

  • Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des services, commodités, installations, magasins, emplacements, activités promotionnelles et outils de confort du centre commercial

  • Interagir de manière proactive avec les consommateurs pour créer des interactions mémorables, fournir des indications, répondre aux questions et offrir un service exceptionnel

  • Vendre des cartes-cadeaux du centre commercial, traiter les transactions avec précision et maintenir la réconciliation des ventes

  • Aider à la réalisation des événements promotionnels, notamment la distribution/collecte/tri des bulletins de participation, les programmes cadeaux avec achat et la vente de billets pour événements spéciaux

  • Communiquer efficacement avec les consommateurs, les détaillants, la direction du centre, les fournisseurs de services et tout le personnel du centre commercial de manière courtoise et efficace

  • Se tenir au courant des marchandises, prix, soldes et événements spéciaux des magasins pour offrir des suggestions de cadeaux personnalisées et diriger les clients vers les détaillants appropriés

  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre du manuel de gestion des situations d'urgence du centre et comprendre le rôle et les responsabilités du Service à la Clientèle dans le plan d'urgence

Qualifications requises :

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent

  • Expérience préalable en gestion de transactions et en utilisation de systèmes de point de vente (PDV)

  • Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle dans un environnement de vente au détail ou d'hôtellerie

  • Solides compétences de communication bilingues (français/anglais), tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral

  • Capacité démontrée à travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide tout en gérant plusieurs tâches et en maintenant un haut niveau de professionnalisme

  • Compétences en résolution et gestion de conflits avec une approche axée sur les solutions

  • Flexibilité pour travailler les week-ends, les soirs et les jours fériés, et disponibilité pendant toutes les heures d'ouverture du centre commercial

Qualifications préférées :

  • Compétences multilingues au-delà du français et de l'anglais

  • Expérience en coordination ou exécution d'événements promotionnels

  • Maîtrise des applications informatiques (Excel, Chrome et autres logiciels pertinents)

  • Expérience à responsabiliser et motiver les équipes pour offrir d'excellentes expériences client

  • Antécédents démontrés d'amélioration continue des processus de service à la clientèle et de mise en œuvre de nouvelles idées de service

  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles avec une attitude amicale, accessible et proactive

Guest Services Representative – JLL

What this job involves:

As a Guest Services Representative at JLL, you will be the face of our shopping centre, creating memorable experiences for every visitor. This role is central to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the centre's operations, retail partners, and promotional activities. You'll combine your passion for helping people with strong sales and communication skills to enhance the overall shopping experience and contribute to JLL's commitment to excellence in property management.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the shopping centre's services, amenities, facilities, stores, locations, promotional activities, and guest comfort tools

  • Proactively engage with shoppers to create memorable interactions, provide directions, answer questions, and deliver exceptional service

  • Sell shopping centre gift cards, process transactions accurately, and maintain sales reconciliation

  • Assist with promotional events including ballot distribution/collection/sorting, gift-with-purchase programs, and special event ticket sales

  • Communicate effectively with shoppers, retailers, centre management, service providers, and all shopping centre personnel in a courteous and efficient manner

  • Stay current on store merchandise, pricing, sales, and special events to offer personalized gift suggestions and direct shoppers to appropriate retailers

  • Support the implementation of the centre's Crisis Management Manual and understand Guest Services' role and responsibilities within the emergency plan

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) system experience

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment

  • Strong bilingual communication skills (French/English), both written and oral

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and maintaining professionalism

  • Conflict resolution and management skills with a solution-focused approach

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and must be available during all mall opening hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual skills beyond French and English

  • Experience with promotional event coordination or execution

  • Proficiency with computer applications (Excel, Chrome, and other relevant software)

  • Experience empowering and motivating teams to deliver excellent customer experiences

  • Demonstrated track record of continuously improving customer service processes and implementing new service ideas

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and proactive demeanor
