We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to work on electronics design and maintenance work of medical devices used in critical care and anesthesia applications and become part of the expert team owning our flag ship products. Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Work on electronics design changes and product system documentation for the full device system, printed circuit assembly or individual components.
- Working on specifications, detailed design, prototyping, evaluating and testing electronics.
- Perform root cause analysis to understand product issues and drive improvements to manufacturing.
- Create test plans, conduct engineering and approval testing with test results reported.
- Be hands on in electronics and standards compliance laboratory.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and other cross-functions to drive product quality and maintain compliance.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent education/knowledge.
- Solid experience of electronics device maintenance activities, design of circuitry, layout design and on transferring designs to manufacturing.
- Hands on experience of electronics CAD design tools (PADS, Candence), laboratory work and related measurement devices including EMC measurements.
- Engineering curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- EU work permit.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience of working on product lifecycle and maintenance projects.
- Proven capability to produce technical documentation for a medical device.
- Knowledge of analog, digital, power supply and battery charging designs.
- Knowledge of medical device safety and EMC standards and testing.
- Know-how on failure mode and effect analyses for electrical devices.
- Experience in working in regulated industry under quality management system.
