  • Mastery & Growth: Demonstrate total mastery of ALC products, system architectures, and ASHRAE guidelines. Apply this expertise to ensure safe, high-performance system delivery across diverse customer environments.
  • Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed to support dynamic field demands. You remain adaptable to changing schedules and priorities, recognizing that field execution directly impacts the company's reputation and retention.

  •  Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
  • Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic Technical Leadership: Acts as a technical authority and mentor to junior/mid-level engineers while driving continuous process improvements and high-performance standards.
