You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

This job is for Fixed Term Contract for 2 Years

This role is contributing to the IS project management domain. Main stakeholder is the IS service owner for the project management domain

You will be mainly accountable for:

Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes.
Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.

Qualifications for the role

Led end-to-end implementation and onboarding of digital solutions, including system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption in customer environments.
Provided user training and ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, improving system usability, and driving higher productivity and customer satisfaction.
Collaborated with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer needs, support pre-sales activities, and deliver tailored digital solutions.
Leveraged strong technical expertise in Planisware, Linux/Windows servers, PostgreSQL/MS-SQL, IIS, and Azure DevOps, along with scripting (Bash, Planisware) for system optimization and automation.
Contributed to product improvement and DevOps practices by gathering feedback, suggesting enhancements, and supporting release management, monitoring, and continuous delivery.
