Application Engineer (AI Automation)

THE ROLE

As an Application Engineer for AI Automation, you will be at the clinical edge of our intelligence layer. This isn't just about writing code; it's about architecting the nervous system of our automated enterprise. You will bridge the gap between heavy-duty enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Zuora, ServiceNow) and the next generation of Agentic AI.

Your primary mission will be building high-performance Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that allow AI agents to interact deeply with complex business logic—specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem (Quote, Opportunity, and Renewal services). You’ll move from building RAG-based retrieval to orchestrating Agent-to-Agent communication, creating a seamless autonomous workflow across our tech stack.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Architect Agentic Infrastructure: Design and implement robust MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that expose complex Salesforce services (Quote, Opportunity, Renewal) to AI agents, moving the needle from passive retrieval to active execution.

• Synthesize Enterprise Data Models: Rapidly decompose the data structures of Salesforce, Zuora, and ServiceNow to build effective schemas and AI pipelines that allow agents to interact deeply with core business logic.

• Orchestrate Autonomous Workflows: Lead the transition to Agentic AI by developing multi-agent collaboration frameworks where specialized agents (e.g., Sales, Billing, and Contract agents) communicate and execute tasks with minimal human intervention.

• Optimize AI Pipelines: Build and refine high-performance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and secure REST API integrations to ensure AI agents have the context and connectivity needed to operate across disparate cloud environments.

• Drive Technical Evolution: Act as the subject matter expert for AI automation, guiding our strategy for decentralized agent networks and setting the standard for how AI interacts with enterprise-grade tech stacks.
