Job Title: Social Worker - Neighbourhood
Location: Trafford
Pay Rate: £30 Per Hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Neighbourhood Team based in Trafford.

What will your responsibilities be?

• The teams support adults with various needs, including:

  • Long-term conditions
  • Preparing for adulthood
  • Adults at risk due to drug or alcohol abuse
  • Hoarding behaviour
  • Dementia

• The role is for a skilled and motivational social worker.

• Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting social work assessments and interventions
  • Using a strength-based and person-centred approach

• Additional duties involve:

  • Responding effectively to safeguarding enquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with the Care Act and local policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
