Job Description

The responsibilities of the QC intern include, but not limited to:
QC分析员的职责包括，但不限于：

• Incoming Inspection and Release of Packaging Materials: Responsible for inspecting and releasing pharmaceutical packaging materials in accordance with standards, including primary packaging materials (pharmaceutical glass bottles, plastic bottles, rubber stoppers, aluminum caps, etc.) and secondary packaging materials (outer cartons, labels, package inserts, etc.).
  包材进厂检验及放行：负责依据标准，对药品包装材料的检验并放行，包括内包材（药用玻璃瓶，塑料瓶，胶塞，铝盖等）、外包材（外箱，标签，说明书等）。
• Packaging System Inspection: Responsible for conducting seal integrity testing and visible particulate/foreign matter inspection on intermediates and finished products according to test methods.
  包装系统检验：负责根据测试方法，对中间体、成品进行密封性检验以及可见异物检查。
• Deviation Handling: Identify issues such as data anomalies, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and operational deviations during the inspection process; report them promptly and assist in completing investigations.
  偏差处理：识别检验过程中的数据异常，结果超标，操作偏差等问题，及时上报并配合完成调查。
• Perform and report routine analytical tests in the QC Laboratory according to the specifications; drafting / revising / reviewing SOPs, methods, specifications, training models and validation documents; translating methods.
  根据质量标准进行和报告QC实验室的常规分析测试； 起草/修改/审阅标准操作规程（SOP）﹑方法﹑质量标准﹑培训讲义和验证文件；翻译方法。
• Perform all the QC sampling and analysis of e.g., utilities, raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, semi-finished/finished products and environmental monitoring.
  完成所有QC取样和测试，例如，公用工程、原材料、包装材料、中间控制样品、半成品/成品，以及环境监控。
• Accurately follow the current SOPs and analytical methods and participate in the writing of SOPs and analytical methods. Assist Lab Manager/Supervisor to ensure that all documents in QC Laboratory are current, accurate and comply with cGMP.

• Ensure that all the raw data during the testing are correctly recorded down and all results or testing investigation summary are made completely and timely.

• Participate in projects, validation works assigned by the Lab Manager/Supervisor.

• Be responsible for maintenance, calibration and upgrading of existing instruments and equipment.

• Fully trained and competent in cGMP requirements that are applicable to QC Laboratory.

• Follow up own training program and train new employees in working methods.

• Ensure that corporate and local EHS procedures are followed.
