Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully manage the key account system of Wanchen or Lingmang, lead the KA team, and build a core engine for the brand's business growth.
2. Formulate annual KA strategies and targets, decompose objectives, and supervise implementation to ensure channel sales and growth goals are met.
3. Lead business negotiations, relationship maintenance, and demand exploration with key clients, develop in-depth customized cooperation plans, and enhance customer loyalty.
4. Oversee KA team management and empowerment, build a combat system, and improve the professional capabilities and overall efficiency of the team.
5. Fully control KA channel business, follow up on distribution, sales, inventory, and margin situations, and optimize operational strategies.
6. Establish sound cooperation with regional teams, align the overall business rhythm, and drive market expansion and growth through collaboration.
Job Requirements:
1. Management Experience: Solid experience as a KA Group Leader, with a track record of leading KA teams in the FMCG/snack industry and managing teams independently.
2. Business Acumen: Proficient in key account development and negotiation, with exceptional customer relationship management and business negotiation skills to secure core clients.
3. Result-Oriented: Strong business control and result-driven mindset, capable of holistically managing channel business, efficiently decomposing targets, and owning performance results.
4. Collaboration Skills: Excellent cross-departmental and regional collaboration abilities, able to smoothly align stakeholders, resolve coordination frictions, and drive overall growth.
5. Personal Attributes: High resilience to handle high-target paces, with excellent data analysis and strategy optimization capabilities.
