Acerca del rol:

Apoya al Director de Ingeniería en la operación integral del mantenimiento de la propiedad, supervisando equipos, proyectos y personal para asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares, la continuidad operativa y una experiencia sin interrupciones para huéspedes y residentes. Coordina mantenimiento preventivo, gestiona recursos y proveedores, da seguimiento a indicadores financieros y de sostenibilidad, y promueve la seguridad, la mejora continua y el desarrollo del equipo.

Lo que vas a hacer:

  • Supervisar el mantenimiento integral de las instalaciones y sistemas del hotel, asegurando su óptimo funcionamiento.

  • Coordinar y ejecutar proyectos de ingeniería junto con el equipo interno y proveedores externos.

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares operativos, de seguridad, sostenibilidad y calidad de la compañía.

  • Gestionar recursos, presupuesto y procesos administrativos del área, incluyendo compras y control financiero.

  • Liderar, capacitar y supervisar al equipo de Ingeniería, promoviendo eficiencia, seguridad y mejora continua.

  • Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a planes de mantenimiento preventivo para todos los activos del hotel.

  • Atender y resolver solicitudes o incidencias de huéspedes y residentes con enfoque en servicio y rapidez.

  • Coordinar con otros departamentos para asegurar una operación fluida y sin impacto en la experiencia del huésped.

Requisitos

Ingeniero eléctrico, mecánico o afines.

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el área gerencial de mantenimiento en Hoteles, liderando equipos de más 20 personas

Conocimientos en:

  • Normativas Nacionales, estándares y certificaciones que apliquen a la hotelería.

  • Mantenimiento de equipos de refrigeración de agua helada, calderas, equipos de lavandería, equipos de cocina, piscinas, plantas de tratamiento de agua residual, sistemas de bombeo, elevadores, calderas

  • Sistemas BMS, sistemas de detección de incendios.
