This position works out of our Mexico City  location in the Nutritional Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. The Digital Key Account Manager (Brick & Click) will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial and digital strategy for brick & click accounts (Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, and Farmacias del Ahorro), maximizing sales, visibility, and profitability.

This role combines strong commercial management (sell-in / sell-out), client negotiation, and a basic understanding of retail media and digital shelf to ensure sustainable eCommerce growth.

What You’ll Do:

1. Account Commercial Management

- Develop and execute customer-specific commercial plans.

- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, promotions, and visibility.

- Manage sales performance, inventory levels, and forecasting.

2. eCommerce Development in Brick & Click Accounts

- Ensure proper catalog setup, product availability, and content quality.

- Coordinate execution of digital campaigns within retailer platforms.

- Identify growth opportunities within online channels.

3. Retail Media & Visibility

- Manage basic retail media investments (e.g., Walmart Connect).

- Optimize visibility across search and on-site placements.

- Understand and track key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.

4. Performance Analysis

- Monitor KPIs: sales, fill rate, inventory, ROAS.

- Generate insights and action plans to improve performance.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Align with marketing, trade, and eCommerce teams.

- Coordinate campaign execution and product launches.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in sales or KAM roles (ideally modern retail or ecommerce).

- Preferred experience managing Walmart, club stores, or pharmacy channels.

- Basic knowledge of eCommerce and retail media.

- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
