Role Overview
As the Executive Producer for Salesforce Studios in Mexico City, you will be the creative and operational engine behind our regional production powerhouse. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of editors, producers, and motion designers to deliver world-class marketing films and innovative AI-generated content. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of production, ensuring that every frame aligns with the Salesforce brand while pushing the boundaries of storytelling technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a local team of Editors, Producers, and Animators, fostering a culture of creative excellence and technical innovation.
  • Production Oversight: Manage the post-production of high-impact customer success stories, brand films, deal support videos, product demos and internal communications.
  • AI Innovation: Drive the integration of AI-assisted workflows in video production to increase efficiency and creative output.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with global stakeholders at Salesforce Studios to ensure regional content aligns with global brand standards and content goals.
  • Resource Management: Oversee production schedules, budgets, vendor relationships in the LATAM region, and project deliverables to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 10+ years in video production, agency, or in-house studio environments, with at least 4 years in a leadership/EP capacity.
  • Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of post-production workflows (Adobe Creative Suite), motion graphics, and a working knowledge of emerging AI video tools (Gen-AI, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Regional Expertise: A strong network of production partners and talent within the Mexico City creative community.
  • Storytelling: A proven track record of producing compelling "Customer Success" narratives that translate complex technology into human stories.
