As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving procurement excellence and supporting Arxada’s global operations. Based in a dynamic international environment, you will bridge operational purchasing with strategic sourcing initiatives—ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services while contributing to long-term value creation. Essential Job Functions:

• Manage domestic and international purchasing processes to ensure seamless supply continuity
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on technical, financial, and quality criteria
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while effectively influencing internal and external stakeholders
• Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts and agreements in line with business needs
• Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery performance to ensure on-time execution, even in high-pressure environments
• Track supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a structured, process-driven manner
• Maintain and enhance supplier databases to ensure accurate and reliable information
• Support contract signature processes and other key procurement administrative activities, taking full ownership of deliverables

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
• Demonstrated negotiation and strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels
• Proven ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability in an international environment
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a process-driven mindset and the ability to perform under pressure
