The Position
Job Summary:
Within the responsible region, this position needs to assist sales product bidding, visit target pathologist, sustain effective clinical value delivery, organize and implement regular market promotion activity, continue to develop KOL system, provide professional product training to distributor, so as to improve and strengthen the end users’ recognition of Roche products and be applied to more patients.
The Opportunity:
Establish business relationship with specialists in hospitals, conduct department meetings, deliver clinical value to end customer, organize and participate regional promotion activity, improve end customer’ recognition of Roche equipment, establish interaction with more KOL (Key Opinion Leader), pathologic expert and physician
Provide data to support sales team to complete product bidding
Learn the timely change of product related territory, gather the competitors’ product promotion information, update product competitive strategy and information
Align with the product promotion strategy of marketing department, execute effective market promotion activities
Organize training for company sales and distributors in order to learn more about the Roche products
Assist to achieve overall objectives set by Business Management
Who you are:
Education& Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Medicine, Pharmacology or equivalent
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Good command of MS office software application
Product & marketing expertise
Experience:
2 or 3 years of experience as product value promotion or application support
