Description
Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing equipment and fixtures, including development and maintenance of assembly EnF, data correlation, as well as the capability for failure analysis on the yield hitters and reliability issues from EnF and process perspectives, and post-ramp qualification and new process implementation. Work together with the cross-functional teams and vendors to drive for product solutions, increase line efficiency and control product quality.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering 5 years + of experience introducing and sustaining products in manufacturing. Able to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with capability to work independently and under pressure. Strong work experience in precision assembly, inspection and automation equipment. Required to understand and build tolerance analysis for parts and assemblies. Knowledgeable in crafting machine qualification requirements, design of experiments and failure analysis. Experience with laser welding/etching or glue dispense equipment is strongly desired Understands machine qualification including calibration, correlation, capability, repeatability and reproducibility. You should have a proven working knowledge of DFx/DFM and be able to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T). Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization. Self starter with innovation, integrity and attention to details Experience working with international supply chain partners. Understand key metrics that impact machine learning algorithms and how to enable ML/AI for smart factory strategy Direct experience working on functional engineering teams such as Mechanical, Electrical, Test, DFX, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering, etc will be advantageous. Experienced using process driven and analytical approaches to problems solving (six sigma, 8D, FMEA, etc); good skill in statistical analysis tools like JMP will be a plus. Be open and willing to travel internationally to our manufacturing facility up to 50%
