Social Media Manager / Organic Content Strategist – Bybit NL

Bij Bybit NL ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige organische content ecosysteem: van strategie tot executie, van views naar conversie.

Wat je gaat doen:

Eindverantwoordelijk voor alle organische kanalen: TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube
Bouwen en uitvoeren van een data-gedreven contentstrategie gericht op groei én conversie
Schrijven van high-converting scripts die gebruikers activeren
Aansturen en opschalen van een content team (editors, designers, creators)
Vertalen van trends en marktontwikkelingen naar content die presteert
Continu optimaliseren op basis van data
Bewaken van compliance binnen alle content
Opzetten van duidelijke rapportages en dashboards (groei, funnel, performance)
Actief bijdragen aan de bredere growth strategie van Bybit NL
