Raytheon is seeking a TA Specialist Team Lead to oversee and support a team of Interview Coordinators in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment. The Team Lead will play a critical role in guiding the team to manage all aspects of the interview process effectively, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, processing reimbursements, and maintaining data accuracy. This role involves mentoring and coaching team members, managing workflows, and ensuring adherence to Raytheon’s policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing work to meet business needs. This is a remote role.

As the Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the interview coordination team while maintaining Raytheon’s commitment to excellence in talent acquisition. This position offers the opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a meaningful impact on the hiring process.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Interview Coordinators, ensuring high-quality support for the recruitment process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving related to interview coordination.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to align operational support with recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the scheduling of phone, in-person, and video interviews, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage domestic travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates.
  • Ensure timely processing of candidate expense reimbursements in accordance with internal policies.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across trackers, systems, and tools, ensuring compliance with Raytheon policies.
  • Manage and optimize multiple calendars for the team and hiring managers using Outlook or other platforms.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on team performance, workflow efficiencies, and process improvements.
  • Foster collaboration across teams in all time zones to ensure seamless interview coordination.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed and take the lead in implementing process improvements.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
  • Minimal 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or coordination role, including 1 year of leadership or team oversight responsibilities.
  • Experience resolving escalations and making operational decisions within defined guidelines.
  • Experience identifying operational gaps and implementing process updates or improvements.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Prior experience in a recruitment operations or scheduling role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems such as Workday and familiarity with interview coordination processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make decisions, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive data.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization and work effectively with various teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
