What You Will Do
GTF Ramp-Up Strategy: Lead recruitment strategies aligned with GTF project goals, ensuring we onboard high-calibre technical talent in the Christchurch market.
Global & Regional Collaboration: Partner with global and regional TA teams to ensure local hiring aligns with international standards while maintaining a strong local identity.
Strategic TA Frameworks: Design and implement robust talent acquisition frameworks, including standardized interview processes, evaluation rubrics, and candidate experience touchpoints.
Process Improvement & Online Projects: Identify efficiencies in the recruitment lifecycle and lead online collaboration projects to streamline regional workflows.
Cross-Regional Hiring Support: Provide surge support and strategic guidance for other regional hiring projects as business needs evolve.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, providing a professional and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Technical School & University Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Canterbury-based universities and technical institutes to create a sustainable pipeline of emerging talent.
Data & Analytics: Develop and maintain TA dashboards to track key metrics like Time to Fill and Quality of Hire, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications You Must Have
6+ years of experience in Senior Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Management.
Prior experience in Aerospace, Automotive, or OEM environments is a significant advantage.
Strong proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Workday) and online collaboration tools.
Excellent communication skills with a diplomatic, human-centric approach to hiring.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs
or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
