What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations of the hot mix asphalt plant to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Optimize plant performance through effective scheduling, process control, and equipment utilization
- Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing policies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
- Develop, coach, and engage team members to build a high-performing workforce

- Strong understanding of asphalt production processes, equipment, and quality standards

Work Environment
- Role based at a hot mix asphalt production facility with regular exposure to outdoor conditions
- Requires interaction with plant equipment, materials, and operational teams
- Fast-paced setting with seasonal production demands and variable hours
- Frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting as part of daily responsibilities

- Competitive base salary, $97,710 to $130,277, and participation in our annual incentive plan
