Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Data QA Analyst working for the following General shift, based out of Gurgaon who will:
- Design, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts using Python and other automation tools.
- Perform data validation between platforms like Datorama/Power BI and source data.
- Utilize SQL and Excel for data analysis, validation, and testing strategies.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards while identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs.
- Provide mentorship to junior QA team members and assist in resolving complex issues.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python for test automation and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in a commerce media or digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach towards enhancing efficiency by identifying and optimizing repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a systems-oriented approach to problem-solving.
