About the role
- Lead and develop a regional sales team to achieve or exceed annual revenue, market share, and growth targets
- Drive accurate sales forecasting and build a sustainable pipeline aligned to regional and EMEA priorities
- Execute regional business plans and deliver measurable performance against defined financial and activity metrics
- Oversee complex sales cycles (typically ≥6 months) involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare systems, key accounts, and clinical stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer delivery and order fulfillment
- Monitor sales performance indicators (revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health) and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes
- Lead regional initiatives to expand therapy adoption and support broader commercial strategy execution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or commercial leadership roles with direct team management responsibility
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience managing regional sales performance and budgets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or complex clinical sales environments
- Experience leading long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Experience contributing to regional or multi-country commercial strategies
- Role covers France region; regular regional travel required
- Full, valid driver’s license required
- Hybrid/field-based role with significant time spent with customers and team members
