Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is part of Circle K's Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations.

Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player to join our team as:

​Accountant in Store Accounting Team for Business Units of Netherlands and Belgium

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Cash, credit card and fuel card reconciliation;

• Processing incoming payments;

• Manage the interface concerning store invoices (trade accounts payables);

• Respond to queries from site managers, representatives of business units (BU) and/or external partners if required;

• Answer questions from other Company units on processed financial records;

• Perform month end closing procedures, resolving any kind of discrepancies and errors;

• Contribute to process improvement projects. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Experience within accounting for at least 1-2 years;

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a last year student within this area; 

• Fluent in English (both – oral and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe; 

• Experience with ERP (SAP, JDE experience will be considered as an advantage); 

• Good computer skills (MS Office);

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; 

• Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality;

• Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
