About the role
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong digital mindset and a contemporary aesthetic, ready to create visuals that don’t just look good—but drive engagement and impact.
You’ll join a fast-paced, creative environment where design meets music, content, and performance. You don’t need to know YouTube in advance—we’ll teach you—but we’re looking for someone curious, hands-on, and eager to learn.
What you'll do:
- Design compelling cover artworks (singles, albums, playlists) aligned with artist identity and release strategy
- Create motion graphics and short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop high-impact visual assets for digital platforms (social, streaming, YouTube, CRM campaigns)
- Design video-related assets (thumbnails, overlays, visualizers, lyric videos)
- Collaborate closely with Marketing teams and artists on visual storytelling
- Adapt creative ideas across formats, platforms, and performance-driven iterations
- Contribute to campaign ideas with a strong understanding of music culture and digital trends
- Stay up to date with emerging creative tools and technologies
- YouTube Account Management (e.g. videos upload, release planning on the platform)
Who you are:
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design (social, motion, covers, video)
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Solid motion design and video editing skills
- Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and visual language
- Good sense of typography, layout, and branding—especially within music and youth culture
- A mindset focused on creating visuals that are both creative and effective
- Experience in entertainment, music, or youth-focused brands
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Professional fluency in English language and native in Greek
- Basic knowledge of 3D tools
- Basic experience in YouTube Account Management
