About the role
Job Title: Social Worker
Team: Family Safeguarding Team
Salary:
Social Worker: £38,220 – £41,771 (dependent on experience)
Senior Social Worker: £41,771 – £47,181 (dependent on experience)
Bonus: Welcome bonus of £4,000 and retention payment of £2,000
Contract: Permanent, full time
As a Social Worker / Senior Social Worker, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service that achieves the best possible outcomes for children and young people. By building strong, positive working relationships with colleagues and partner agencies, you will help ensure that children and young people who are in need or at risk receive appropriate support and protection.

Requirements:
- Active Social Work England registration
- A recognised qualification in Social Work
- Completion of the ASYE
- Full driving licence and willingness to drive
- DBS clearance
