HR Business Partner
Ataşehir, Istanbul

Reports to: Head of HR - Turkiye
Your Role
Role Specifications:
- Support the recruitment process by working with line managers in repairing & revising to role descriptions; job posting on recruitment boards (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc), Shortlisting and interview scheduling.
- Conducting the orientation & on boarding process for new hires.
- Monitoring probation periods and employee life cycle matters.
- Support the employee engagement action plans and implementation.
- Provide data accuracy of success factors data, file management and employee data administration (eg letters to banks, government bodies, visa letters to embassies, etc)
- Undertake accountability for total HR operations service delivery.
- Interact with HR and business colleagues within and outside the business to ensure alignment of HR activities.
- Support in HR event planning and coordination of the same.
- Once in a while support in HRBP activities.
Skill, Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in different HR disciplines such as recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, organizational development.
- Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and needs to have excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Turkish Languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with the HR Information Systems – Success factors, Workday, etc
- Ability to work in a fast based environment.
