Analyst, Project Controls (Hybrid Schedule)

Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. These guidelines apply to roles approved for remote work and are subject to change, based on managerial discretion and work performance. All applicants must be able to work up to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change.

Our new Project Controls Analyst will support the Account Executive, Distributed Energy Resources and Strategic Accounts department on billing issues across all three states.

You will be responsible for creating reports, analyzing trends, project costs/performance/schedules, and report on the performance of the Customer Care Organization across all three states.  

Essential Functions: 

• Works with Strategic Accounts Customer Care Team, Investment Planning, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Materials personnel to ensure overall consistency of project budgets and schedules are in alignment with corporate goals and strategies. 
• Works with Strategic Accounts and DER Team on billing support with Omni, C2 and LPB across all three states
• Applies project analytics to project data to describe, predict, and improve business performance.
• Ensuring the accuracy of all cost information including confirmation that costs have been properly coded and allocated to project budgets.
• Assists as needed in developing and participating in customer care processes and recommendations for improvements
• Reviews, evaluations and reports on three state data trends

Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge/Skill: 

• The individual must be self-starter with a strong sense of self-motivation, possess good communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead and direct activities independently
• Knowledge of excel, maximo, financial modeling and project management systems
• Ability to monitor and analyze cost and scheduling information, provide forecasts, make recommendations, and communicate effectively at all levels.

Education:           

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:   

• Three (3) plus years of related experience with experience exposure to Project Management, financial business analysis in relation to managing large complex multi-year projects, and billing systems.
• Working knowledge of Oracle’s Primavera Unifier Project Controls is desirable.       
• Working knowledge of Omni, C2 and LPB is also desirable
• Working knowledge of Maximo is also desirable

$91,200.00-$101,330.00
