About The Role:
The Senior Commission Analyst plays a critical role within Kyriba's Finance organization, responsible for the accurate and timely calculation, administration, and analysis of sales commission and variable compensation programs. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to Sales, HR, and Finance leadership, ensuring commission plans are executed with precision and strategic insight.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is passionate about data accuracy and process improvement.
What You'll Do:
Ensure commission calculations in CaptivateIQ align with approved plans and policies.
Validate and manually calculate monthly/quarterly sales commissions per compensation plans.
Review source data (bookings, quotas, attainment, credits) for accuracy before processing.
Prepare and distribute commission statements to the sales team
Partner with Sales Operations and Payroll for timely variable compensation disbursement.
Manage end-to-end commission cycles, including reconciliation and dispute resolution.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready commission records at all time.
Serve as the Finance Team's primary contact for Sales, Sales Operations, and HR on commission inquiries and disputes
Collaborate with Sales Operations to maintain accurate quota, territory, and crediting data
Partner with HR and Legal to ensure compensation plans comply with local regulations across Kyriba's global operations
Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare sales commissions and bonus accrual data monthly for accounting period close.
Analyze commission data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
Generate and distribute commission reports to the Total Rewards team for further analysis
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related area of study
Minimum of 5 years of sales commission experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with CaptivateIQ or other commissioning tools strongly preferred (e.g., Xactly, Everstage, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and composure during peak periods such as annual plan rollouts and Q1 commission cycles
Strong analytical and commission modeling skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task with moderate supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Experience in Sales Operations or Finance supporting Sales a plus
Experience with Salesforce preferred

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness.
For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is zł159,540.00 - zł201,780.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.Kyriba also offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a range of health, welfare and wellbeing benefits designed to support both your professional and personal life.
