As a Project Manager, you’ll lead real estate development and fit-out projects across commercial and office sectors - from idea to handover. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both occupiers and investors, delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple fit-out, refurbishment, and development projects across office, commercial, and industrial sectors
Represent clients throughout the project lifecycle — from feasibility, design, procurement, and construction through to completion and handover
Manage procurement, programme, budget, quality, and project delivery risks
Coordinate consultants, contractors, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure alignment with client objectives, sustainability goals, and local regulations
Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and support continuous improvement of internal processes
Contribute to business development activities and help grow client relationships
Mentor junior team members and support development of the wider project management team
Key Requirements
Proven experience in Fit-Out Project Management (office, commercial, or retail projects)
5-10 years of project management experience within real estate, construction, or consultancy
Ability to lead commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from start to finish
Strong English skills (written and spoken) - English is used daily with international clients
Fluent Czech or Slovak - essential for communication with local suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field (e.g. ČVUT, VUT)
Strong knowledge of Czech regulations, procurement, and construction standards
Excellent communication and people management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within a dynamic project environment
Meriting Experience (Not Required, but Valuable)
Quantity surveying, cost management, or value engineering
Technical and/or Environmental Due Diligence (TDD/EDD)
ESG advisory, sustainability, and building certifications (e.g. LEED, BREEAM, WELL)
Architecture, interior design, or workplace strategy experience
Experience working with both occupiers and landlords
Existing commercial real estate network and business development experience
