We’re now looking for an experienced Data Manager – Transformation (APAC) to support the successful delivery of this program through trusted data, insightful reporting and strong stakeholder partnership.

What your typical day will look like

As the Data Manager – Transformation (APAC), you’ll work as part of a high-performing Transformation Management Office, providing strategic oversight of data governance, reporting and insights. Your work will enable the program to measure performance, track benefits and costs, and support informed decision-making across APAC.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Owning data governance and integrity for program benefits, costs and performance metrics across multiple sources

  • Building and managing Power BI dashboards to deliver clear, real-time insights for senior stakeholders
  • Driving process optimisation and automation to streamline data collection, validation and reporting workflows

A bit about you

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong experience in data validation, cleansing and quality management, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience building and managing Power BI dashboards (must-have)
  • Comfortable working in matrixed, fast-paced environments with a collaborative, “can-do” mindset

What’s in it for you

  • Real flexibility through our Be the Best You approach to work
  • The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our global sustainability initiative, One Day for Change
  • Career development and learning opportunities via dentsu University and global learning programs
  • The chance to contribute to a high-impact transformation program shaping the future of dentsu across APAC
