Who you are:

As a Loan Services Supervisor, you are our leader, providing guidance and support to every single team member on your team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities to ensure proper workflow and training. Our supervisors have a genuine care for people and enjoy developing people and do it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Perform functions pertaining to loan operations, such as Participation Loans, Loan Origination, Documentation, and Funding, Commitment fees, Liens, Prepayments, and Payment posting problems

• Assist in coordinating workflow, training personnel, and maintaining a high level of expertise in all loan service procedures

• Ensure that internal controls are in place and functioning properly

• Assist in personnel matters, which include, performance reviews, making salary recommendations, and counseling personnel

• Answer question and resolve problems for customers, subordinates, and other employees

• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

• Documentation and loan experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Leadership skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual

• 1-2 years of loan processing experience

• 1+ years of leadership experience
