  • Coordinate, compile, and synthesize materials for Board of Directors and executive leadership meetings, including Board decks, executive presentations, and briefing materials.

  • Partner closely with executives and functional leaders to collect, validate, and integrate data and content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy across materials.

  • Apply a strong understanding of business context to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or potential concerns within executive and Board deliverables and proactively raise them for resolution.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality while managing and distributing highly sensitive Board and executive information.

  • Establish and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across executive operations.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a direct report, providing day-to-day guidance, performance feedback, and support for professional growth.

  • Plan and manage catering, events, and executive gatherings for respective executives, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and onsite execution.

  • Maintain regular onsite presence Tuesday and Wednesday each week, with additional availability as business needs require, including during executive visits, Board activities, company events and other times as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:
