About the Role:
Co-lead JetBrains’ ethics, anti-bribery, conflict of interest, and whistleblowing program. Strengthen global integrity controls across the EU, U.S., and wider markets while supporting business teams with clear, practical guidance.
What you’ll do:
- Co-lead ABC program of the group, drive gifts/hospitality, COI, and Code of Conduct supporting frameworks.
- Oversee whistleblowing protocol, case management, and assist with internal investigations.
- Manage integrity and third-party risk assessments, including due diligence and COI reviews.
- Deliver global ethics training & awareness programs.
- Maintain and improve policies, workflows, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Serve as an escalation point for sensitive integrity concerns.
What you bring
- 8+ years in corporate ethics/ABC/compliance/investigations, ideally in tech or global business.
- Strong knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EU standards, and corporate integrity frameworks.
- Experience handling confidential investigations and sensitive senior-level matters.
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams; fluent English.
