  • Experience in Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE tax products, or similar technology, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with tax compliance in the technology, SaaS, or software development industries is highly desirable.
  • Previous delivery of operational improvements through automation, data analytics, large language models, or other new technologies/tools will be viewed favourably.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across borders and time zones.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
