The Opportunity:

The role will focus on managing LG Last Mile Delivery network & service providers for last mile delivery/installation service quality and taking care of last mile orders to ensure LG customers have a seamless delivery/installation experience including returns and will manage service providers' performances.

Set up LMD network in the targeted regions.
Develop Agents and manage their daily operation performances.
Monitor & collaborate load planners to make sure middle mile RSD is met.
Collaborate with Serviced Providers to make sure enough capacity is available at each hub to reduce re-schedule rates.
Encourage Save the sales program to decrease damage/return %.
