Overview 

We are seeking an Associate Director SQL Server Developer / DBA to support critical data infrastructure and application environments. This role will be responsible for both database development and administration, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of SQL Server environments. 

This position supports government-related systems, requiring candidates to be U.S. Citizens. 

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL development, performance tuning, and database administration, and enjoys working across both operational support and development initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Database Development 
  • Design, develop, and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions 
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting queries 
  • Support application teams with database schema design and data modeling 
  • Develop complex queries for analytics and reporting needs 
  • Database Administration 
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments 
  • Monitor database performance, uptime, and system health
