職責:
此職位負責實施並持續改進 EHS 方案，以確保完全符合所有適用法規和 Entegris 的 EHS 要求。此外，該職位還將作為現場管理團隊的一員，與 Entegris 的 EHS 部門合作，識別、預防和解決潛在的 EHS 問題。
此職位位於高雄科學園區 (KSP)
您將負責:
執行現場查核(巡檢)、安全觀察，立案、改善追蹤。
協助辦理EHS教育訓練，這包含內外部教育訓練、宣導等。
協助執行承攬管理事項，包含會議、工程會勘、現場查核等。
協助EHS團隊推行ERT，包含ERT團隊的訓練、演練監督等。
協助推動組織安全文化、安全意識和責任制的改善。
協助設備安全查核(包含裝機前、能量輸送前、啟用前的安全查核)
協助調查事故/事件，並參與糾正和預防措施的制定與追蹤。
該職位負責高雄路竹工廠，並直接向 KSP EHS 經理報告。
我們認為優秀的候選人應具備以下特質:
大學學位
安全、環境工程或相關技術專業尤佳。
4年以上工廠運作經驗，有EHS運作經驗尤佳。
持有職業安全衛生管理 B級證明書尤佳。
快速學習、具責任感。
良好的溝通能力，能夠贏得利害關係人信任並維持正向關係。
積極主動、積極解決問題的能力。
具英語書面和口頭溝通能力尤佳。
