🩺 What You’ll Do

Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
Supervise and support CNAs to ensure excellent resident care
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulations
Support admissions, discharges, and care planning
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

✅ What We’re Looking For

Active LVN/LPN RN license (California)
Current CPR certification
Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
