🩺 What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure excellent resident care
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulations
• Support admissions, discharges, and care planning
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Active LVN/LPN RN license (California)
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
