Title:
Junior Materials Management/Procurement SpecialistKey Responsibilities:
- Scan hard copy shipping and logistics documents using company scanners
- Digitize and upload documents into the internal database/system
- Accurately input data from documents into tracking systems
- Ensure all records are complete, correctly categorized, and easy to retrieve
- Maintain proper document filing and version control
- Support document management and archiving activities as required
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory: moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
