Position Description:
PingWind is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager oversees the organization’s quality assurance programs to ensure products, services, and processes meet established standards and regulatory requirements. This role leads QA teams, develops and enforces quality policies, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Provides overall quality management leadership, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management Plan (QMP) in accordance with and integrating quality methodologies across all MODES III tasks.
• Oversees quality assurance and quality control processes for all program deliverables, including Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Topline Reports, and ad hoc technical documentation.
• Directs the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) scorecard development, monitoring, and reporting to ensure Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) are met and documented as part of monthly reporting.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions to mitigate quality risks and improve program outcomes.
• Collaborates with the Program Manager and functional leads to integrate quality standards into the Project Management Plan (PMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and reporting processes.
• Oversees preparation and quality review of externally driven and ad hoc reporting products, including Congressional and Higher Headquarters requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Government expectations.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to project staff on quality standards, documentation best practices, and compliance with Government-approved processes and methodologies.
• Supports technical and program status meetings by providing quality performance insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to Government stakeholders.
