About the Job:
As a Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will serve as a primary catalyst for RTR’s expansion, architecting strategies to scale our customer base at pace. Operating at the strategic nexus of business objectives, technology, and User Experience (UX), you will lead the evolution of our digital ecosystem—spanning desktop, mobile web, and app.
You will be responsible for delivering seamless, high-impact experiences that attract, convert, onboard, and delight new members. In close partnership with Engineering, Design, Revenue, and Marketing, you will translate data-driven insights into a robust growth roadmap, leveraging a rigorous 'test-and-learn' philosophy to iterate toward ambitious targets and superior user outcomes.
This is a full-time role based in our Dumbo office. RTR currently operates on a Hybrid model, with employees working from our office 4-days a week, and flexibly on Fridays.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and drive the user acquisition product strategy, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives, including setting quarterly OKRs.
- Identify key customer types using both qualitative and quantitative methods to create a strategy and build an acquisition experience that meets their unique needs.
- Deeply understand user behavior and key acquisition metrics, guiding us on how we are performing and providing recommendations when we need to pivot or double down on what’s working.
- Lead a product squad and develop a roadmap of hypothesis-based initiatives to deliver on OKRs, from discovery to delivery, and identifying the highest impact work and best way to deliver.
- Identify opportunities through funnel analysis, revenue data, qualitative/quantitative research, and customer feedback, uncovering friction points and education across the prospect experience.
- Bring a collaborative approach to user acquisition. You will act as a thought leader with a POV on how to drive growth for our business and foster a team culture that celebrates that great ideas can come from anywhere. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, merchandising, marketing, and revenue team members.
About You:
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience; ideal candidate has been in a Sr Product role at an e-commerce company.
- You have experience successfully driving growth and consumer acquisition strategies.
- You are a relationship builder who collaborates and engages well with stakeholders. You work to understand their objectives and earn their trust by proactively engaging them in the product process, bringing creative solutions to the table, and leading discussions around new learnings and strategies.
