You are more than an “Application Submitter.” You know how to properly structure a deal to maximize approval chances. You are willing to work hard on complex applications and won’t hesitate to negotiate directly with banks to secure the best results for the client.
You’re an expert in Prime automotive financing in an OEM environment (2+ years experience)
You make balancing the numbers look easy
You know how to balance customer experience with profitability
You’re organized enough to juggle multiple deals without things slipping
You communicate like a human, not a script
You’re comfortable with tech and dealership systems
You take ownership of your results (and your income)
