THE JOB:
As a Part-Time Luxury Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the brand delivering exceptional service, elevating every interaction, and creating a shopping experience that’s as polished as our surroundings. From maintaining high-end presentation standards to building meaningful guest connections, you’ll help set the tone for a truly unforgettable retail experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $15.50, plus commission
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments
Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals
Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
6+ months of relevant retail sales experience in luxury retail sales is preferred
Previous experience in a commission-based role a plus
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
