We are looking for skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA who desire a career that matters in a community that values their expertise. Job Types: Full-time 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a & Part-time 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a

Available Shifts: All shifts available

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience

Shift Differential: $3.00/hour 2nd shift and $1.50/hour 3rd shift

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care and safety to elders
  • Presenting elders with choices and decision-making opportunities
  • Engaging in interesting and meaningful activities with elders
  • Assisting the elders in getting up and going to bed when they want
  • Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them
  • Laundry and light housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. However, see below for our offer of on-the-job assistance in getting this certification!
  • Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents
