Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for someone who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as:
Coordinator in Facility Management Team
Type of Employment: Temporary, 1 year
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Guest welcoming and registration;
Processing of incoming phone calls;
Ordering Circle K BC Office supplies;
Execution of office operational tasks;
Main contact point for all employees;
Management team support and internal events organization;
Communication with maintenance services;
Internal maintenance of the premises;
Supervision of internal security tasks and systems.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Customer-oriented person;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluent English language skills to communicate with business units and colleagues in Europe;
Fluent Latvian language skills;
Good computer skills (MS Office);
Precise, organized, and stress-resistant personality;
Possibility to work full time.
