1、版本推广与市场项目执行

- 深入理解PUBG MOBILE版本更新内容，结合土耳其本地洞察及玩家偏好，协助规划并执行本地化版本推广策略

- 与内部运营、社群及本地团队紧密配合，跟进版本推广项目的时间表、物料统筹、资源对接及落地执行

- 实时监控版本推广的市场反馈与数据，确保项目按计划推进，并进行深度的效果复盘与经验沉淀

2、本地BD跨界联动与资源拓展

- 结合游戏版本卖点与土耳其玩家诉求，主导策划并输出极具吸引力的定制化跨界联动提案（Co-branding / Crossover）

- 与本地相关同事紧密配合，负责土耳其本地高影响力品牌（如通信、3C、餐饮、时尚等）的合作拓展及日常维护

- 统筹内外部资源，把控跨界合作的商业沟通、推进细节及最终营销落地，建立并维护本地优质BD资源库及合作标准

3、土耳其市场洞察与趋势观察

- 持续追踪土耳其地区核心社交媒体（Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Kick, X）、游戏竞品动态及年轻世代流行文化

- 协助收集并梳理土耳其本地市场、品牌营销及内容趋势，为团队的市场动作提供本地化创意与执行建议

Who We Look For

1、基本要求

- 2年以上市场营销、或游戏海外发行相关经验（有成功跨界联动/异业合作案例者优先）

- 熟悉游戏行业，对游戏版本营销有实际操作经验，重度游戏玩家（PUBG MOBILE玩家优先）

- 具备极强的执行力、沟通谈判能力及责任心，能够同时高效推进多个跨部门/跨时区的复杂项目

- 具备清晰的数据整理、分析能力与复盘意识，能以结果为导向推进工作

- 主动型执行者，有责任心，能接受快节奏、多项目并行的工作环境

- 对创作者内容、社交平台和年轻人文化敏感

2、语言与区域相关

- 英语可作为核心工作语言（听说读写流利，可进行顺畅的商务沟通）

- 熟悉土耳其本地市场，熟练掌握土耳其语者优先

- 有有土耳其当地留学/生活经历，或自带土耳其本地品牌/媒体/KOL资源者重点加分

- 对于海外出差、派驻持开放心态
