Job Description

Senior Corporate Counsel

About Us
Togetherwork is a recurring revenue SaaS business with over 33 software applications serving 12+ vertical markets. We exist to help communities, organizations, and businesses thrive by delivering software solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Our mission-critical tools help associations, camps, unions, fraternities and sororities, gyms, dance studios, religious congregations, pet services organizations, and other community-based businesses manage and grow their operations. We are a growth-oriented organization that values thoughtful execution, strong partnership, and customer impact.

About This Role
Togetherwork is seeking a business-oriented Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a strategic legal partner to our Sales and business teams in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-velocity setting where thoughtful risk assessment and practical guidance are essential to enabling revenue and closing complex enterprise deals.

The Senior Corporate Counsel will focus primarily on commercial contracting, including SaaS agreements, renewals, and vendor engagements, while also providing support on broader corporate matters as needed. This is a high-impact opportunity for a legal professional who combines strong technical training with sound business judgment and thrives in a scaling organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and business leaders to structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including SaaS customer contracts and vendor agreements.

  • Provide clear, commercially aligned legal guidance that supports revenue growth while protecting the company’s interests.

  • Advise on corporate legal rights, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance matters.

  • Support mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and other strategic initiatives as needed.

  • Review and improve standard contract templates and playbooks to drive efficiency and consistency.

  • Develop a strong understanding of Togetherwork’s products, customers, and risk tolerance to inform legal recommendations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure legal documentation reflects business objectives and operational realities.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate transactions and business law within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department; AmLaw 200 experience preferred.

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active admission to a state bar.
