About the role

The Junior Commerce Consultant supports the end‑to‑end creation, delivery, and optimisation of customer experience (CX) toolboxes across markets. This role focuses on operational execution, market coordination, and ensuring high‑quality activation aligned with strategic direction set by senior CX leadership. The consultant will work closely with markets, eCommerce leads, UX, agencies, and internal teams to ensure toolboxes are implemented consistently, accurately, and effectively.

Job Description:

1. Toolbox Creation & Delivery

·       - Lead the operational build of CX toolboxes.

·       - Participate in regular toolbox progress meetings and follow-ups.

·       - Define scopes and create briefs based on strategic direction provided.

·       - Populate toolboxes with approved strategy, content, guidance, execution details, and supporting insights.

·       - Handle queries from markets and eCom leads.

·       - Conduct onboarding sessions with markets.

2. Analytics & Insights Support

·       - Collect, structure, and consolidate market feedback.

·       - Audit market executions with eCommerce leads.

·       - Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.

3. Quality of Activation

·       - Document and define standards for excellent execution.

·       - Review live market pages against toolbox guidance.

·       - Maintain documentation on market constraints.

4. A/B Testing & Personalisation Support

·       - Support setup of tests and campaigns.

·       - Provide assets, messaging matrices, and guidance.

5. Services, Programmes & Club

·       - Assist in creation of toolboxes for services and programmes.

·       - Support markets in implementation.

·       - Coordinate with UX, dev teams, and agencies.

6. Cross‑channel Alignment

·       - Ensure toolboxes reflect cross-channel journeys including paid media, CRM, and retail.

Key Skills & Competencies

·       - Strong organisational skills.

·       - Ability to translate strategy into actionable documentation.

·       - Stakeholder management capability.

·       - Basic analytical skills.

·       - Familiarity with digital CX or eCommerce.
