What You'll Do:

• Guide individuals and families through a proven debt relief program.
• Build strong relationships and become a trusted financial expert.
• Utilize advanced sales psychology and persuasion to close high-value deals.

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ year of debt settlement experience preferred.
• A strong work ethic and a success-driven mindset.
• A coachable attitude, ready to implement elite sales strategies.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by financial control.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with people and build trust quickly.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a significant advantage.

Important Details:

• This is a full-time, in-office position in Irvine, CA.
• Guaranteed monthly draw of $4,400 (paid semi-monthly as an advance against commissions).
• Must be willing to commute Monday-Friday. Weekend shifts are voluntary after training.
