Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Details
Status: Full-Time
Shifts Available: AM and PM
Schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off rotation
Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center
Pay Rate: Starting at $50/hour DOE
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff on assigned shifts
Promote resident dignity, privacy, and person-centered care
Qualifications
Active California RN license
CPR/BLS certification required
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Compassionate, professional approach to resident care
