Job Description:
Responsible for the shipping of RAW Oils, components and Finished Goods, keeping track of paperwork, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
**Available schedule 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
Create outgoing finished good shipments in SAP and EEM in accordance with QA released inventory.
Create outgoing RAW component shipments in SAP, including required Hazmat labels and documentation.
File paperwork for outgoing shipments of Finished Goods and RAW components.
Assist on receipt of labels/cartons for manufacturing.
Work with QA to facilitate material transfer associated with product dispositions such as quarantine, hold and release locations.
Create, update and maintain in-house transfer logs current and accurate.
Occasionally help with unloading deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping warehouse.
Continuously follow all safety policies and procedures on the job.
Create outgoing RAW component shipments in SAP.
Verify incoming raw oil shipments against provided documentation.
Update and maintain incoming and outgoing shipment records and paperwork.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
For safety and other communication purposes a proficient level in English is necessary.
Must be self-motivated and hard working.
Capable of finding work to do during any slow period of time for self and team.
Basic math skills.
Able to lift up to 50 lb.
Ability to lead team work on your own and be efficient.
Must be safety and quality conscious.
Willingness to learn new procedures and processes.
Must have basic computer skills including email, excel, word, etc.
