Job Description
Amazon is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join our Last Mile Logistics team and help shape the future of delivery operations.
Lead cross-functional projects while implementing innovative solutions to enhance our customer delivery experience. This role combines strategic hands-on operational leadership and result-driven orientation to drive continuous improvement across our logistics network.
Key job responsibilities
Execute daily project management activities, guiding initiatives and overseeing completion of tasks during implementation.
Build and maintain strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders, utilizing communication skills to drive results.
Execute detailed roadmaps and implementation plans.
Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Manage data and reports to provide visibility and progress of project execution and tasks.
A day in the life
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.
Travel and meet with delivery service partners to review initiatives and discuss strategic goals.
Generate documentation for project activities and procedures.
Update tools and create mechanisms for visibility of projects.
Solve problems for tasks to fulfill project results.

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
